With both internal and surface sizing, our papers have exceptional wet strength that supports the application of multiple washes. These sketchbooks accommodate both two-page drawing layouts and flatbed scanning.

Available in three paper surfaces: Vellum – distinctive tooth, suitable for all dry media, and will also accept multiple washes. Cold Press – Substantial tooth, enhanced wet and tear strength, suitable for multi-media artwork. Smooth – Suitable for pen & ink, colored pencils, water-based markers as well as watercolors.

Beta Series – Available in wirebound format. This sketchbook contains natural white pH neutral 180 lb (270 gsm, rough surface paper that is suitable for all mutli-media applications. Sheet count: Wirebound 25 Sheets.Featuring one of the three heaviest papers in the family, the Beta Series lets artists drench their sketchbooks in water and pigment and try audacious new techniques.
