Rather than copy any other style of paintmaking, Robert Gamblin developed his own. Made from the finest quality raw materials, Gamblins oil paints invite artists to enjoy each colors unique tinting strength, transparency and texture.

Similarly, Robert organized Gamblins palette to help artists best match materials to their artistic intent. Our colors are grouped by era of pigment history and organized according to their position in color space.
